2021年9月4日，在对入境隔离酒店工作人员进行例行检测中，排查发现1例新冠肺炎无症状感染者，初步判断与境外输入确诊病例相关联。接报后，我区迅速启动疫情处置应急预案。相关情况通报如下：
徐某某，女，42岁，入境隔离酒店东海大厦工作人员，9月4日前其常规核酸检测结果均为阴性，9月4日核酸检测结果阳性，已闭环转运至广州市第八人民医院进行隔离医学观察管理，经专家组判定为新冠肺炎无症状感染者。其生活场所、工作场所核酸检测均为阴性。 为确保居民身体健康，我区对东海大厦及周边区域实行封控及管控管理，于9月4日、9月5日上午对相关区域开展全员核酸筛查，请大家积极配合政府和社区安排，有序前往核酸检测点进行采样。 请广大市民群众不信谣、不传谣，进一步提高防范意识，做好个人日常防护，科学佩戴口罩，勤洗手，常通风，保持社交距离。如有发热等不适症状，加强个人防护，尽量避免乘坐公共交通工具，及时到医疗机构发热门诊就诊。 A Quarantine Hotel Staff Member Tested Positive for COVID-19 A quarantine hotel reports that one asymptomatic COVID-19 case was found during a routine PCR testing on its staff on 4 September 2021. The staff was preliminarily identified as an imported related case. Upon the receipt of report, Yuexiu District immediately launched an emergency plan. We hereby notify the details of the case as follows:
Ms. Xu is a 42-year-old staff member at the Donghai Mansion (a quarantine hotel for international inbound travelers). She tested positive for COVID-19 on September 4. All her previous results before September 4 came back negative. She has been transferred to the No.8 People’s Hospital of Guangzhou and was confirmed by healthcare professionals as an asymptotic case. All the areas in her residence and workplace tested negative for the virus. 2. Community management and control & mandatory testing For the health of the residents, Yuexiu District has implemented lockdown on Donghai Mansion and its neighborhood and conducted mandatory PCR testing on all residents on September 4. The testing will continue tomorrow morning. Please cooperate with the arrangements of the government and your community, and go take a PCR test at the designated point. Please do not believe or spread any rumor. Always stay alert and take proper personal protective measures. Please wear a mask, wash your hands often, keep your room well-ventilated, and practice social distancing. If you experience a fever or any other COVID-19 symptoms, please strengthen self-protection, avoid taking public transportation, and immediately go to a fever clinic for medical treatment.
